By accessing or using InMailr, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

InMailr provides a service that allows users to create email aliases that forward messages to their primary email address. The service is intended for personal privacy protection.

3. Lifetime Access & Fees

InMailr is offered for a one-time fee of €29 (or as otherwise stated during checkout). This fee provides "Lifetime Access" to the service, which means access to the InMailr platform for as long as it is commercially available and operated by us. We do not charge recurring subscription fees.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use InMailr for any illegal or unauthorized purposes, including but not limited to:

• Sending or facilitating the sending of "spam" or unsolicited commercial emails.
• Engaging in any activity that violates any applicable laws or regulations.
• Attempting to interfere with the proper functioning of the service.
• Using the service for fraudulent activities or phishing.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account found to be in violation of these acceptable use policies without refund.

5. Limitation of Liability

InMailr is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our service, including but not limited to lost emails or data breaches.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time. We also reserve the right to terminate your access to the service for any reason, including violation of these terms.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes by posting the new terms on this page.
